At Truthduo, the safety and protection of children is our highest priority. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to creating a safe environment that protects minors from harm, abuse, and exploitation.
Age Requirements
Truthduo requires all users to be at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from or permit registration by anyone under 18 years old. Users must verify they meet this age requirement during registration.
Our Child Safety Measures
1. Prevention Systems
Proactive Detection
- We employ automated detection systems that scan for known CSAM using industry-standard hash-matching technologies
- Our AI-powered content moderation systems flag potentially harmful content before it reaches other users
- We continuously monitor user behavior patterns to identify suspicious activity
Content Moderation
- All user-generated content, including images, videos, and live streams, is subject to automated and human review
- Our moderation team operates 24/7 to review flagged content and respond to reports
- We maintain strict content policies that prohibit any sexualization of minors
2. Reporting and Response
User Reporting Tools
- Every piece of content and user profile includes an easily accessible “Report” button
- Users can report concerning content or behavior anonymously
- Reports are prioritized and reviewed immediately by our trust and safety team
Our Response Protocol
- Suspected CSAM is immediately removed from our platform
- Accounts involved in CSAE or CSAM distribution are permanently banned
- We preserve evidence and report all instances to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
3. Detection Technologies
We utilize multiple layers of protection:
- PhotoDNA and similar hash-matching technologies to detect known CSAM
- Machine learning classifiers trained to identify potentially exploitative content
- Behavioral analysis to detect grooming patterns and suspicious user interactions
- Live stream monitoring with automated alerts for concerning content
4. User Safety Features
Privacy and Control
- Users can control who can contact them and view their content
- Blocking and muting features are readily available
- Private information is protected through robust privacy settings
- We do not allow location sharing features that could endanger users

- Educational resources about online safety and recognizing concerning behavior
- In-app safety tips and reminders
Reporting Suspected CSAM or Exploitation
For Users
If you encounter content or behavior that involves minors in a sexual or exploitative manner:
- Use the in-app “Report” feature immediately
- Do not share, download, or redistribute the content
- Block the user to prevent further contact
For the Public
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement immediately by calling 999 (UK emergency services).
